Bourne Shell (ash)

Unless otherwise noted, the shell scripts are written in Bourne shell (source, sh(1)) as found on FreeBSD.

FreeBSD Specific

biwk: Log build world, (build|install)kernel process (log names consist of UTC time)
biwk-install-world: Log install world process (log name consist of UTC time)
cvstime: Get file version and time of last cvsup from cvsup checkout file
search-ports-descr: Search port description in the ports tree

chk-pdf (link|copy it as "chk-ps"): Process a latex(1) file and open it in a viewer
clean-tex: Removes tex(1) generated files, *.(aux|log|dvi|fls)
emptyfile: Empty a file to zero size
goodlog: Take a peek at interesting Apache logs
mbox-compress, Oct 18 2005: Compress mbox format mail files using formail(1)
mvmp3 0.01: Move MP3 files w/ names matching the pattern "*.*.mp3" in directory same as the string before the first dot
w.lame: Wrapper for 'lame' to convert more than one wav files to MP3's

chkmail: Combine fetchmail and mailstat (from procmail)
cleanse-yahoo-ad: Removes advertisement from the bottom of email messages sent via Yahoo
getroute: For a given IP address, get information related to hostname, whois/ipw, and traceroute
myslrn: Slrn wrapper to put more than one newsrc files and NNTP servers in one place
myssh: Ssh and transfer ports wrapper to a particular host/server

editor: Wrapper around vim(1) with options specified, which otherwise does not work as a value of $EDITOR or $VISUAL.
initialize-run: Run programs if not already running
w.ps: ps(1) output just the way i like it. (I apologize in case you are suggested that 'w.ps' is a Postscript file; please download it is as a text file.)
w.vimhelp: Get vim help easily in full window
