The funeral of Mrs. Jennie Wells was held a t the family home on North
Broughton Street at 1:30 o'clock this afternoon, the Rev.J.S.Cameron
pastor of the North Park Baptist Church officiating. Internment was
made in Frienship Cemetary, four miles west of Sherman. Mrs. Wells was
the wife of C.N.Wells, and died Thursday afternoon after a week's
illness with pne umonia. She was 75 years of age. Surviving are her
husband and four daughters:M rs.Del Mason of Denison, Mrs. Chas. Marrs
of Wylie and Mrs. Ellen Mantooth and Mrs. Frank Vandye of Paul's
Valley,Oklahoma. These will have the sympathy of al l in their
